In common with most websites springs-aquatic.co.uk relies on small files that we place on your computer, called "cookies".

Payment of invoices
All invoices are due within 30 days of any work being undertaken.
Any products supplied with any maintenance services remain the sole property of Springs Aquatic Ltd until full payment is recieved.
Failure to provide payment within 30 days of the work being carried out may incurr additional admin charges, removal of supplied goods, and/or legal action at the discretion of the company Director.

Springs Aquatic Ltd will not pass on any of your details to any third party but may keep a short term record of you for practical and marketing purposes. If you wish not to have your details used for these purposes please let us know.

Voucher codes are given at the discretion of Springs Aquatic Ltd. They can be withdrawn at anytime. Where a voucher code is given as a form of refund Springs Aquatic Ltd will honour the voucher until its stated use by date but may still except it at a later date at the managers discretion.
Purchased shop vouchers are redeemable within their stated use by date as stated on the voucher at the time of purchase.

(1) Return of faulty goods
Springs Aquatic Ltd will in the event of a product being faulty, where possible, collect and replace the faulty item with another product, like for like, or another similar product to the same value in agreement with the client.
Customers within our free delivery zone can expect prompt collection and re-delivery of the replacement item assuming a suitable replacement is in stock. Outside our free delivery zone collection of returned goods will be determined on a case by case bases or we will request it is posted back to us, before subsequently delivering a replacement. Purchases made outside Hampshire will require the postal return of the goods in question before a replacement is sent out. The cost of returning a faulty item by post is the responsibility of the customer but any replacement will be sent out free of charge.
(2) Return of unwanted goods
Springs Aquatic Ltd will exchange goods, on provision of a receipt of purchase in accordance with current consumer statuary rights. Under such circumstances the item(s) should be returned to Springs Aquatic Ltd by post or by requesting a collection, which has a minimum charge of £5. All returned items should be returned in good condition, intact with original packaging.
(3) Charges relating to the return of goods
If, in order to return an item, the item must be un-installed, Springs Aquatic Ltd reserves the right to charge for the work involved, if asked to do so on collection. This will be discussed with the client prior to collection. Springs Aquatic Ltd can not be held responsible for any loss, financial or otherwise as a result of faulty equipment.

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order.
We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
Until dispatch of goods by the seller of goods to the buyer or the buyer's acceptance in writing of any quotation of the seller (whichever shall first occur) no contract for the sale of goods shall arise.
